VITALIZE YOUR GAME

1. Eligibility
This competition is open to legal residents of Barbados aged 18 years or older. Employees of BHL Group of companies immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period
The competition begins on 21^st August 2025 and ends on 19^th October 2025 . All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. AST on the closing date to be considered valid.

3. How to Enter
To enter the competition:

Purchase any three (3) VitaMalt bottles or cans from any participating retailer.

Upload a clear image of your receipt via the official landing page: vitamaltbbpromotions.com, or submit via WhatsApp to (246) 231-9047.

Complete the entry form in full.

Multiple entries are allowed, but each must be accompanied by a unique, valid receipt showing the qualifying purchase.

4. Prizes
Grand Prize:

Three (3) winner will receive a Nintendo Switch Console.

Bonus Prizes:

Additional prizes including VitaMalt merchandise, and product hampers will be awarded throughout the promotion.

Note: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Banks Barbados Breweries Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The Grand Prize draw will take place on October 25^st 2025.

Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided during entry.

If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity Consent
By entering this promotion, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes by VitaMalt & Banks Barbados Breweries without further compensation.

7. Disqualification
Banks Barbados Breweries Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false or misleading information

Submits fraudulent receipts

Attempts to manipulate or circumvent the rules of the competition

8. Limitation of Liability
Banks Barbados Breweries Limited and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance/use of any prize awarded.

9. Data Protection
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. General

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Nintendo.

Banks Barbados Breweries Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition or its terms and conditions without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
